Sant'Ambrogio extra virgin olive oil
Sant’Ambrogio extra virgin olive oil, produced using only Italian olives from the thousands-year old olive groves of Azienda Agricola Valentini Ambrogio in the province of Brindisi - Apulia, where love and passion for olive oil production has been passed down for more than three generations.
This delicious extra virgin olive oil, cloudy with a mildly bitter, piquant taste and a fruity aroma, carries the characteristic taste of Apulian olive varieties:
- Ogliarola,
- Coratina,
- Nociara
- Leccino.
Excellent when used raw on any food but also perfect in soups, sauces and fried dishes.
When ripe olives turn from green to black, usually in the months of November and December, our workers collect them using hand-held harvesting sticks and then take them straight to the mill.
Due to this special processing, this extra virgin olive oil achieves high quality standards for which Azienda Agricola Valentini Ambrogio has gained national and international recognition.
