Production

Our wines are produced from grapes of autochthonous varieties such as verdeca and primitivo.

The vineyards are located in Contrada Canale di Pirro in the municipality of Fasano in the province of Brindisi, Italy.

The Canale di Pirro is one of the most important sinkholes in the land of Bari and Brindisi.

Its long furrow, which extends for about 1200 meters reaching a depth of 100 meters from the tops of the hills above, touches the cities of Fasano, Castellana Grotte, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Putignano and Monopoli.

Looking up from our vineyards we can see a wonderful landscape, the Selva di Fasano, a fraction of the municipality of Fasano in the province of Brindisi at 420 m above sea level.

The Canale di Pirro is also called "Canale delle Pile" for the presence of numerous cisterns called "Pile" present throughout the area, used for the collection and conservation of rainwater.

Vineyard hectares: 2

Annual grape production: 150 quintals
